COMPLICATIONS: THINK PREVENTION
- Think avoidance of complications
with improved blood sugar control as
well as possibility of complication
improving or progression being curtailed
by improved blood sugar control and
addition or stress management and inclusion
of exercise(and of course the cessation
of smoking)
- Allow for depressed “reaction”
in short term but not depressed lifestyle
as response choice.
- Remember: one complication does not
mean it is going to get worse or that
more complications are to follow
- Keep exercising and loving. (Purpose
and Passion in spite of it all)
